Terms and conditions apply to the access and use of the dubbz website including any other sub-domain or platform which is owned, developed, managed or operated by dubbz, (“Application”)

By registering or clicking the "agree" button or installing the Application or by using the service in any manner, you agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms of use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dubbz and govern your use of the application and the information, offers, services, features, content, offered through the Application ("Services"). These Terms may be updated by dubbz from time to time. Please note that if you are an individual you must be over the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into this Agreement otherwise, you are expressly prohibited from entering into this agreement, and should have your parent or guardian enter into this agreement.

Your using the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. These Terms include the provisions mentioned below, as well as those in the Privacy Policy.

Terms:

• You agree that you will not use the Application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You also agree you will not use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the Application or interfere with any other party’s use, legal rights, or enjoyment of the Application.
• You acknowledge that the software and hardware underlying the Application as well as other Internet related software which are required for accessing the Application are the legal property of either homie or its respective third-party vendors. The permission given by homie to access the Application will not convey any proprietary or ownership rights in the above software/ hardware. You agree that you shall not attempt to modify, translate, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the software/hardware underlying the application or create any derivative product based on such software/hardware.
• You understand and accept that not all the products and services offered on this Application are available in all geographic areas and you may not be eligible for all the products or services offered by homie on the Application. homie reserves the right to determine the availability and eligibility for any product or service offered on the Application.
• Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes
• You understand and accept that homie is not responsible for the availability and accuracy of content or other services on third party sites linked from the Application. You are aware that access of hyperlinks to other internet sites are at your own risk and the content, accuracy, opinions expressed, and other links provided by these sites are not verified, monitored or endorsed by homie in any way. homie does not make any warranties and expressly disclaims all warranties express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement with respect to any information or services or products that are available or advertised or sold through these third-party platforms.
• Without prejudice to anything contained in the Terms, the Application does not warrant that, Application will be constantly available, or available at all; or the information on Application is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
• If performance is prevented, hindered or delayed by a Force Majeure event including any pandemic, homie shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations under these terms and conditions or those applicable specifically to its services/facilities, and in such case its obligations shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure event continues. “Force Majeure Event” means any event, due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of homie, including without limitations, unavailability of any communication systems, breach, or virus in the digital processes or payment or delivery mechanism, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, lockdown, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage devices, computer crashes, malfunctioning in the computer terminal or the systems getting affected by any malicious, destructive or corrupting code or program, mechanical or technical errors/failures or power shut down, faults or failures in telecommunication etc.
• In no event, homie or its contractors, agents, licensors, directors, employees, associates, partners or suppliers will be liable to You or any third party for any special, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages, liabilities, losses (including without limitation lost business opportunities, losses in investment products, lost revenues, or loss of anticipated profits or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss or damage of any nature whatsoever) howsoever arising because of use of such Application.
• Without prejudice to anything contained in the Terms, the Application does not warrant that, Application will be constantly available, or available at all; or the information on Application is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
• You agree to indemnify, save, and hold homie, their affiliates, employees, officers, directors and partners harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs and expenses, including without limitation legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) Use or misuse of the Services / Application; (ii) any violation of this Agreement or applicable laws; or (iii) any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by You herein; or (iv) any act, neglect, misconduct or fraud on your part; or (v) sharing and or disclosing the information disclosed hereunder; or (vi) Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party. homie or its affiliates, reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify homie, their affiliates, employees, officers, directors and partners, including rights to settle, and you agree to cooperate with homie’s defense and settlement of these claims. homie will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any claim, action, or proceeding brought by a third party that is subject to the foregoing indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
• Additionally, by continuing using the Application or services of homie you are confirming that: You are 18 years of age or older and where you are acting as Guardian on behalf of a minor, you have the necessary authority to register/ sign up for the services on behalf of the minor. If homie learns that we have collected personal information from a person under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. • You have read and understood the Privacy Policy published on the Application of homie. The information you provide when you register on the Application is true and correct. In the event, your information is not accessible online, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Orders once placed (you have successfully paid for them) cannot be cancelled.
• If you do not receive your meal for any reason whatsoever (delivery mixup, spillgae during deliver) - a full refund is issued :)

Shipping Policy

• Your orders are delivered as specified during the checkout process.
• General Order Delivery Times:
  • Breakfast: Between 8-9AM
  • Lunch: Between 12-1PM
  • Evening Snacks: Between 4-5PM
  • Dinner: Between 8-9PM
• Some meals or products may have different delivery slots - this exact time slot would be specified while you're placing your order
• In case you take a monthly package for meals - then your orders would be delivered on the days specified by you, till your package is exhausted
