The company in its EOGM held on 11th November 2023 has approved voluntary liquidation of the company and Ms. Purnima Shetty bearing IBBI Registration No IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00394/2017-18/11197 has been appointed as liquidator to complete the process of voluntary liquidation.
